Gotta love the Midwest where it can be 70 degrees on a Tuesday and be snowing and in the upper 30's on Friday. Someone forgot to tell Mother Nature Spring is supposed to be here.
This last week has been dull......D. U. L. L.
Classes haven't been too exciting, but the crunch load of work is right around the corner. Four major projects due within 5 days of each other. A paper, a "wiki", a skit, and a semester long "Create your own religion" project. In between those projects I have a festival in Waterloo, tickets to see John Lithgow on campus, and a visit from my sister.
This will tell you how crazy Midwest weather can be......I started this post at this morning when it was snowing and very gray outside. It is now 8:34 and it has stopped snowing and the sun is out in full force. Just over an hour and Mother Nature's attitude has completely changed. Hopefully this is a sign of how the day will be.
Have a great one!!!
Living Life in My 30's

My first post, but not really.....
I originally started this blog back in 2012 after a friend passed away. Since then I have dug my heels into the ground and have set my sights on graduating from college. That has been a long time coming. I was hoping when I started this blog that by now I would at least be in a significant relationship. No such luck yet. I also had the hopes to post at least once a week....yeah right, I see how well that went! I may post once a week, once a day, or multiple times a day. Just depends on if I have anything worthwhile to say. I plan on documenting my returning to school as a "non-traditional" student, venting about those freshman who complain about getting up for an 8 a.m. class, or those that have no idea how to do their own laundry. I think I have enough "interesting" things to at least keep a record.
Hopefully you will decide to follow me on this journey I call life. Hang on! It hasn't been smooth sailing yet.
